ARKit face mesh uses 1,220 vertices to create a 3D mesh of the face when using face tracking, accessible through the ARFaceGeometry, ARFaceAnchor, and ARSCNFaceGeometry classes.

But how do you know which vertex represents specific facial landmarks? While Apple provides a limited set of landmarks through VNFaceLandmarks2D, it can be challenging to identify the exact vertex index for custom landmarks.
With this tool, you can easily identify the index of specific vertices on the face mesh for debugging and development using ARKit face tracking.
Simply click on a vertex to select it. The vertex index and name will be displayed here. See the full controls below for moving, rotating, and zooming the face mesh.
